He has prepared this wonderful habitation for th mind, it is "curiously wrought", a temple which the Lord Himself has filled up for the indwelling of theHoly Spirit". Our Objectives are:

To have healthy & well-informed members of the Langa International Adventist Church about health issues.

To update the Church members regularly about health issues.

To instill healthy life style to our church members espacially thr young ones by encouraging healthy appetites and regular exercises.

It is best for those who claim to be sons & daughters of God to avail themselves while they can, of the opportunities now presented to gain a knowldge of the human system and how it may be presented in health. Ellen G White - Healthful Living.
